End-User License Agreement
1. What this covers
The NWPS Engine ("the Engine") is a private business dashboard built and operated by Alset Technologies ("Alset") for Northwest Production Source ("NWPS"). This agreement applies to every person NWPS authorizes to log in. By using the Engine you accept these terms.
2. License
Alset grants NWPS and its authorized personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Engine for NWPS's internal business operations. The Engine isn't offered to the public and may not be resold, sublicensed, or made available to anyone outside NWPS.
3. Accounts
Each user gets an individual account. Keep your credentials to yourself, don't share logins, and tell Alset promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Engine only for NWPS business. Don't attempt to reverse engineer the software, probe or bypass its security, or extract data for purposes unrelated to NWPS's operations.
5. Your data and connected services
NWPS's business data belongs to NWPS. The Engine's software and code belong to Alset. The Engine reads data from services NWPS has connected, including Intuit QuickBooks Online (read-only), Silkline, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Slack. Each of those services remains governed by its own terms, and NWPS can disconnect any of them at any time. How the Engine handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The Engine is provided "as is." It's an informational dashboard that summarizes data held in other systems. Figures shown (including financial figures) should be verified against the source system before being relied on for accounting, legal, or contractual decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alset isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Engine. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Termination
NWPS may stop using the Engine at any time, and Alset may suspend accounts that violate these terms. The services agreement between Alset and NWPS governs the engagement itself, including what happens to data at the end of it, and controls if it conflicts with this document.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
